Summary: It's an interesting set, it could potentially replace Ebon in a few scenarios maybe but it's an interesting set one could run for 4 man content or even PvP perhaps. Also I think a more fun set (but OP) would have been to offer PENETRATION to the group rather than MITIGATION so that forces the tank to keep blocking, sacrificing their own sustain for the benefit of the group.
